In a continued response to keep patients, customers and employees as safe and healthy as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are accepting online orders ONLY. After placing your online order you will be directed to reserve a time slot for pick up.  You can make a reservation up to 24 hours in the future.

**TO MINIMIZE THE EXCHANGE OF PHYSICAL CASH, WE WOULD PREFER CUSTOMERS USE DEBIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT.***

Placing online orders:

  1. Choose the location and menu for your needs from the “Live Menus” option above
  2. Add your product choices to your cart
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”
  4. Enter your name, mobile phone number, e-mail and date of birth
  5. IF you are an ILLINOIS medical patient / caregiver: Enter Illinois Qualifying Patient Number (QP#) and expiration date
  6. IF you are an ILLINOIS medical patient / caregiver – You can select curb-side pick up by selecting curb-side and reserving a time-slot.
  7. Select a pick-up time most convenient for you – Time slots have limited availability and certain times may be unavailable
  8. Reservations may be placed for the next day by selecting the calendar dropdown at check-out
  9. Click “Place Order”

At your scheduled reservation time, you may proceed to the dispensary to complete your transaction.

COLLINSVILLE:

As your appointment window is approaching, please proceed to the parking lot at the Gateway Fun Park. Please be on time for your selected window.

ILLINOIS medical patients and caregivers can park at the dispensary parking lot.

Once you park at the parking lot, you can begin to walk over to the dispensary. A shuttle will be available to those who are unable to walk. Please be on time for your scheduled reservation. You will need to show your order confirmation / QR Code to enter the dispensary or to board the shuttle.

Upon arriving at the dispensary, we will bring you inside to check your ID and complete your transaction. Our floors are marked with 6 foot social distancing markers to ensure adequate distance between individuals.

Upon completion of your transaction, please exit the building and walk back to the parking lot or you can board the shuttle.

  • Your valid ID
  • Payment (***DEBIT CARDS PREFERRED*** to minimize cash exchange)
  • Face mask

Per the Governor’s Executive Order, all guests are required to wear masks or face coverings in order to enter our dispensary.

IDFPR rules require us to verify the identity of all customers and patients. All guests are required to briefly lower or move their masks for identification verification before entering the dispensary. Thank you for your cooperation.

Additional Information:

We have also taken several other measures to minimize risk in our stores.

  • Dispensary common surfaces such as door handles, countertops, touchscreens and more are disinfected every hour.
  • All employees are instructed to wash their hands every hour and wear gloves.
  • We are limiting the number of people in its waiting rooms and dispensary floors to allow for social distancing for the comfort of guests and making hand sanitizer available throughout the dispensaries.
  • The dispensaries are cleaned from top to bottom before and after hours of operation.
